Client & Volunteer Engagement Specialist

‍LEAVEN is seeking a Client & Volunteer Engagement Specialist to join our team and help create a welcoming, seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients have a smooth and supportive experience from their very first interaction with LEAVEN and the Community Resource Center. The role combines client service, volunteer coordination, database management, and community resource navigation to help eliminate barriers and keep LEAVEN’s services accessible and efficient.

‍The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing excellent service to people who may be experiencing a crisis. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others are essential.
